Mark Pyman and Sir Stewart Eldon engage with industry and academia in their visit to the USA

Our Director Mark Pyman, one of our senior advisors Sir Stewart Eldon, and our project officer Tiffany Clarke visited the United States in October 2011 to attend the annual meeting of IFBEC (The International Forum on Business Ethical Conduct), and to speak at a number of seminars at George Washington University.

Mark Pyman discussed the Defence and Security Programme’s work with legal experts and students of the university, focusing on expeditionary contracting.

Sir Stewart Eldon's session at the Institute of International Economic Policy of GWU focused on the impact corruption has on the evolution of conflict, and how it should be considered in the different stages of the settlement process.
