In April 2012, our team took part in a conference on the importance of strong anti-corruption provisions for a robust UN Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), which was organised by TI Malaysia.

This article from The Rocket, a publication of the Democratic Action Party in Malaysia, highlights that "there are international treaties to regulate bananas and stamps, but not a single one to monitor international arms sales... It is timely to come up with an international treaty to monitor, regulate and manage international arms sales".
